Return & Exchange Policy

At Draped by حیدر, we want you to love your jewelry. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery.

Policy Guidelines:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

• Requests for return or exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Damaged or incorrect items should be reported within 48 hours with photos for a quick resolution.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If there is a price difference, it will be adjusted accordingly.

• Earrings, customized items, and sale products are not eligible for return unless faulty.
